ALMAZ ARCADE

KAZE Interior Design Studio created the first shopping Arcade in Vietnam at Almaz Arcade in Hanoi, Vietnam. 

We connected the original facade to the other buildings via a glass roofed arcade to create a pedestrian space protected from the elements. The floor was paved with colorful classic Vietnamese cement tiles and the windows adorned with small canopies creating shop windows. Small boutique shops mixed with cafes and oultets serving food and wine provide a 'cafe culture' enviornment that is well known overseas, but new and fresh in Vietnam. 

KAZE also did the shop branding guideline for the Arcade.
