KAZE Interior Design Studio focuses on combining great design with ultimate convenience and great communal Interior for Sunwah Pearl Clubhouse - Three residential towers located facing the river along the city center of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

The leading vision behind this design process is to create a Tropical rustic feel for relaxation and serenity. Consideration has been put into the materials and functions of the interior design. The Food & Beverage section includes casual coffee shops, residence lounge and teen's reserved areas, serving different groups of interest. It is a 5-star resort in the city.

Sunwah Pearl is a clubhouse that cares for the needs of its live-in residents, with a high-end yet casual resort approach. It connects and stands harmoniously with the shimmer of the river passing by.
