From Denmark to Saigon
With 16 years in the industry of fine dining, Camilla's working background started at Henne Kirke Kro, a  2 Michelin star restaurant in Denmark. Between seasons, she worked at NIMB, Copenhagen, a 2 Michelin star Restaurant, creating a fine dining experience on a world-class level. She ventured to Geranium by Chef Rasmus Kofod, 3 Michelin star winning Chef and AOC, another 2 Michelin star restaurant.

In between, she was even awarded the titles winner of “Best Young Chef in Denmark” & “Best Young Chef in Scandinavia” 2012

Camilla ventures her way to Vietnam and become Sous Chef for Chill Bar in Saigon in 2013-15. The same year, she wins the “Iron Chef 2013 “Vietnam. In 2015, the talented chef and her husband launched their own restaurant “Madhouse” in Saigon, followed up with 2 wine Bars in the same area.

Today, besides her busy schedule creating a Nordic food experience in Asia, Camilla is the F&B consultant for KAZE Interior Design.
