Liberty Central Saigon Citypoint Hotel - Public Area

KAZE Interior Design Studio aimed to create a city hotel that interacts with pedestrians. Any hotel that can attract customers other than its own guests achieves added value and with the design of the Liberty Central Saigon Citypoint Hotel KAZE does just that. We convinced the client to convert an area, orginally earmarked as a retail space, into a cafe in order to link the large reception/welcome areas to the sidewalk. KAZE Interior Design Studio, drawing on inspiration from its Nordic roots, had the inspiration to create this “pocket” in the city complete with a “tree of life” where one can find shelter and rest. By limiting the materials to stone and wood we were able to create a natural, living environment in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City.
