KAZE Interior Design Studio, in collaboration with GFAB Architects, is creating momentum for the first-ever, Sailing Club-branded holiday residences in Ha Long Bay, recently launched by its developer: BIM Land.

Located right next to the luxurious Ha Long Marina, one very prime location, Sailing Club Residences Ha Long Bay is a fresh, vivid breeze offering an occasional harmony between stillness and motion, boldness and balance, discretion and convenience.

KAZE's design gives Sailing Club Residence Ha Long Bay a touch of the iconic Scandinavian taste, showing ultimate respect for natural lightings and open spaces. The dominating white and navy color tone, plus the featuring of wood and jute in material choice has resulted in a distinctive, welcoming, yet calmed, private and indulging environment.
